The wear of the twisted dragon blades mainly occurs at the edge of the blades, and the further away from the inner edge of the impeller, the more severe the wear. When working, the blades squeeze the material, and the force acting on the blades is equivalent to the variable load of the cross-sectional conveyor acting on the cantilever. The farther away from the transmission shaft, the greater the force and deformation, and the more voids and cracks are formed, resulting in an increase in blade wear, and the outer edge wear is much greater than the inner edge wear. Due to the high friction force caused by blade impact and sliding at the outlet of the screw conveyor, the axial force on the blades near the outlet increases, resulting in greater wear on the outlet blades compared to the inlet blades.
